This page explains how to request deletion of your Bible at a Glance account and the data associated with it. Once you submit a request as described below, odd duck Corp. will process it in accordance with applicable law.
1.How to Request Account Deletion
Option A — Request by email (recommended)
Tap the button below to email cs@oddduck.ooo and request account deletion. To help us verify your request, please include the sign-in method you used (Apple or Google) and your account email address.

We process requests after verifying your identity and may ask for additional information if verification is not possible.
Option B — Directly in the app
You can also delete your account from within the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account.
2.What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, all personal information we hold about you is removed:
- Email address
- Payment information (payment records, etc.)
- Donation information (donation history, etc.)
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, and all of it is deleted when your account is removed.
3.Data We Retain
Where the law requires us to keep certain information for a set period, we retain it only for that legally required period and then delete it. All other account data is deleted.
4.Processing Time
We process requests without undue delay and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest.
