odd duck Corp. (“odd duck”, “we”, or “us”) operates the Bible at a Glance app (the “Service”) and collects only the minimum personal information needed to provide it. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use, store, and protect it.
1.Information We Collect
We collect only the following information:
- Email address — you sign in with your Apple or Google account, and we receive your email address through that process.
- Payment information — information needed to process in-app payments and donations (such as payment records).
- Donation information — details related to your donations, such as donation history.
We do not collect or store your login password or any card PIN or similar credentials.
Advertising identifier
The Service displays ads through Google AdMob, which uses your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) to serve ads. You can reset this identifier at any time in your device settings.
2.How We Use Your Information
- Signing you in and managing your account (email)
- Processing payments and donations and keeping related records
- Showing ads to keep the Service free
- Responding to your inquiries
- Improving the Service and meeting legal obligations
3.Data Storage & Processing
The data we collect is stored and processed on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase acts as our processor, securely storing and handling data on our behalf.
4.Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the Service. Each processes information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for purposes other than those described here.
5.Data Retention & Deletion
When you delete your account, all personal information we have collected (email, payment, and donation information) is deleted without undue delay. Where the law requires certain records to be kept for a set period (for example, payment or transaction records), we retain them only for that legally required period and then delete them.
6.Your Rights & Account Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and you may close your account, at any time. You can delete your account and related data from the app’s settings menu or by emailing cs@oddduck.ooo. See our Account Deletion page for details.
7.Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
8.Personalized Ads & Your Choices
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads > “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
9.Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, to keep your personal information secure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or in the Service. When we do, we will post the updated policy in the app or on this page.
